By raising public awareness about difficult subjects as domestic violence and human trafficking to a heightened level, the Center can create an agenda for social change. What We Do WAC Lighting actively participates in this organization through donations, volunteerism, and contribution of products to shelter quality of life projects.

President, Shelley Wang, has been an active volunteer with the organization serving their clients through support groups, emergency hotline support, shelter improvement, community outreach, and committee work.
Volunteers are always needed for community outreach and support activities. Or you might consider opening your home as a Domestic Violence Safe Home, a shelter alternative for women and children, when beds are full.
Given the grave need for security, volunteers undergo intensive training on sensitivity, confidentiality, and handling emergency situations.
Apart from a donation of time, your monetary donation to the Center will go towards activities that make sure we reach all those in need. Please visit the website below to find out more.
